The TaylorMade R11 fairway shafts allow you to change or replace your R11 fairway wood shafts so you decide the flex and angles that are right for you. The R11 fairway comes with a Fujikura shaft. You can stick with the stock R11 fairway shaft and just change the flex or you can upgrade to one of the custom R11 fairway shafts.
